You can update your email, phone number and payment method in Account Settings at any time. However, your name and registered identity cannot be changed after account creation; contact support if you need to correct a typo at registration.

Deposits via these local payment methods are processed instantly and credited to your account wallet. Your bank or e-wallet may apply its own fees; we do not charge a deposit fee. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the Payment page of your lobby.

After you request a withdrawal to your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account, we verify your identity and account balance, then send the funds. Most transfers complete within one business day; some may take up to 48 hours depending on your bank or e-wallet.
